They had three known children who survived to adulthood, and a fourth unknown child who died young:

1. Malvina (Green) Ragland (1846-1896)

3. Clarissa (Green) Cassity (1850-)
4. John David Green (1854-1941)

She was still alive when her husband died in 1905.^[4]
