Biography
LOWELL — Alfred J. Tanguay, 76, died unexpectedly on Tuesday, Oct. 23, 2001, at the Southern New Hampshire Regional Medical Center in Nashua, N.H.
He was born in Lowell on Oct. 24, 1924, the son of the late Joseph I. and Laura (Ryan) Tanguay.
An honorably discharged veteran, he was a member of the Merchant Marines.
Prior to his retirement, Mr. Tanguay was employed as a carpenter at Dabco Construction in Lowell for many years.
Mr. Tanguay was a member of the SAC Club in Lowell.
