Daniel Wight was born on 3 Apr 1764[1]
Daniel married Abigail Perkins (1777 - 1840) in 1796.
Their son was Peletiah (Wight) White (1811 - 1890).
Daniel died on 31 Oct 1818 [2]aged 54.
Research Notes
- Daniel's birth date was recorded in Penobscot Vital records, but not necessarily born there - need to find correct page on microfilm (of 405) to see if birth places was recorded.
- Birth place was reported to have been Winham Maine or Marblehead Mass
- It is unlikely that he was born in Penobscot.
- It is uncertain when the family choose to replace Wight spelling with White.
