   BRIDE CHOSE BROCADE GOWN
   The wedding was celebrated on Saturday, 7th June, of Miss Dorothy Brown only child of Mrs. C. Brown, of Strathfield, to Mr. Kevin Twizell, only son of Mr. and Mrs. J. Twizell, of Granville. After the ceremony, which was held at St. Anne's, Strathfield, the 70 guests were received at "Elim," Burwood. The bride looked lovely in an ivory and silver metal brocade gown with a high round neckline, long sleeves and long train. Her finger tip tulle veil was held by a coronet of the same material as the gown and she carried a bouquet of white gladioli, hyacinths and tuberoses. Misses Gweneth Allen and Joyce Twizell, the brides-maids, were charmingly gowned in pale blue faille with bugle bead collar and cloche of blue feathers, and they carried bouquets of delphiniums and carnations. Mr. Neville Seabury was best man and Mr. Keith Robson, groomsman, and Mr. J. V. Driscoll acted as Master of Ceremonies.
