He married about 1759 to Wynjte / Winifred McDowell, daughter of John McDowell.
They had a daughter, Anna Catharine Miller, born, Feb 26, 1773 and baptized Dec 25, 1773 in Hamilton Township, Monroe, Pennsylvania, [1]
He is buried in Miller Cemetery, [2]
