Biography
Mrs. Betty Marie Comer was born in Lexington on April 14, 1924, daughter Dave C. and Katherine Biggs Short. She was married in Warrensburg on July 18, 1942 to Elmer D. Comer, and they had one daughter.
Mrs. Comer died Thursday night at Hammond, Indiana, aged 44 years. She is survived by her husband, one daughter Mrs. Sandra Kettrick, three sisters, Mrs. Lonie Johnson, Mrs. Harvey Hudson and Mrs. Sterling Wheeler, and two grandchildren. - Sedalia Democrat - Sunday, November 17, 1968 pg.4
