Maria Rosa was born 8 March 1826 in Ripa Teatina, Chieti.[1] She is the daughter of Stefano Camillo Francesco di Sipio and Angela Camilla di Sipio, who were married 31 luglio 1823 in Ripa Teatina, Chieti.
