I Anne Whorwood late of Compton in the co of Staffordshire and now of London widow……to be buried in the parish church of St Dunstan in the East London near unto bodies of my late two grandchildren there……my loving sister Dudley at York…..unto my sister Susan Moseley…..my loving son in law Sir Robert Litton Knight……my unto my grandchildren Edward Marroise Esq……grandchild Anne Fowke……my two grandchildren Francis Fowke and Elizabeth Fowke…..my godson Richard Fowke…..my loving cousin Master Thomas Cooper? …..my cousin Walter Fowkes wife…..maidservant my wearing clothes and appareil…..half residue of estate to my loving daughter Dame Elizabeth Litton wife of the said Sir Robert Litton….then to my grandchild Robert Litton son of the said Sir Robert Litton….the other half to my loving grandchild Ursula Morrowe……ordain my loving nephew William Robinson Esq full and sole executor….my loving son in law Francis Fowke Merchant aiding and assisting my said executor
