Sometime between 1950 and 1964, Helen and Raymond had two daughters, Anne Billard and Bernadette Billard.
Helen passed away on 24 December 1964 in Honesdale, Pennsylvania at the age of 49 as indicated on her death certificate.[6] She is buried in Saint Mary Magdalen Cemetery in Honesdale, Pennsylvania.[7]

- 1930 Census: Helen appears twice in the 1930 Census. The birthplace of her parents and general location indicates that this is the same person. It could be that the census with her family was taken first and then she started working as a servant for her cousin later in the year.
