Vivian Ormsby Lloyd de Crespigny, son of Claude William Champion De Crespigny & Mary De Crespigny, was born in October 1863 and baptised on 2 April 1864 in Wivenhoe, St Mary the Virgin, Essex, England.[2]

Vivian Ormsby Lloyd Champion de Crespigny, aged 35 years, born 31st October 1864 in Essex, Lieutenant Commander, HMS Hussar, died from an accident playing polo, 14th March 1899. He is buried in Ta Braxia Cemetery, Malta.[3]

Vivian Ormsby Lloyd De Crespigny died on 14 March 1899 in Malta and his estate passed probate on 19 June 1899 in London, England.[4]
