Descendant of William Hickok, immigrant ancestor of Farmington, Colony of Connecticut.

Helen Ann Babcock^[1] was born on 18 January 1915.^[2] She was the daughter of Clinton Babcock and Mary Palmer.

She married Richard Elwood Harris in 1938 in New Jersey.

Helen and Richard had two children, including William B. Harris, who predeceased her in 1995.^[3]

Richard predeacesed her in 1992.^[2]

Helen died on 2 February 2004 at Middlesex Hospital, Middletown, Middlesex Co., Connecticut.^[2]

Burial was at Rosedale Cemetery, Montclair, Essex Co., New Jersey.^[2]

She was survived by her other child, two grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.^[2]
