Biography

Douglas Sefton, son of Albert Sefton, accountant, and Ada Williams, was born 5 February 1884 in Hobart, Tasmania. ^[1] Ada Sefton (formerly Williams, the informant of the birth was living in upper Marray Street, Hobart. The birth was registered 8 March.^[2]

Douglas Sefton, son of Albert Sefton, accountant, and Ada Sefton, of Taree, NSW, was baptised by W.A. Leech, 10 October 1884 in the church of St Clements, Marrickville, in the colony of New South Wales. ^[3]

The marriage of Douglas Sefton and Margaret A Henderson was registered in 1911, in Drummoyne, New South Wales, Australia. ^[4]

Douglas Sefton died in Stockton, 7 November 1961, agedd 77 years, and was interred in Loggia Court 1 G/95 of Newcastle Memorial Park, Beresfield, New South Wales, Australia. ^[5]
