Biography
Thomas was a 1946 graduate of Holy Family High School. He then went on to graduate from the College of the Holy Cross and Boston College Law School. After a period of time spent in the private practice of law in New Bedford with his father and brother, he was appointed as an Assistant Clerk in the Bristol County Superior Court.
