Cicely (21) married Charles Harry St John Hornby (30) (born on June 25, 1867 in Much Dewchurch, Herefordshire, England; son of Charles Edward Hornby) on January 19, 1898.^[2] Their children were:

• Michael Charles St John Hornby (1899–1987)
• Rosamund Mary Hornby (1914–2001)
