Biography

John Henry Hunter was born about 1848 in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island, son of John Hunter (1824–1886).

John had a brother, William Edwin Hunter (1865–1925).

John (25) married Julia C Embree (30) (born about December 14, 1843 in Amherst, Cumberland, Nova Scotia, Canada; daughter of William Embree (1807–1894) and Editha J Watson (1814–1865)) on 27 Jan 1874 in Amherst, Cumberland.

John died on 20 Aug 1906 in Moncton, Westmorland, New Brunswick, Canada, aged 57. He was buried in Elmwood Cemetery, Moncton.[1] [2]
