Neauville Roth was the son of Godfroy Roth and Madeleine Hebert.
Neauville signed a marriage contract with Marie Angelle Breau on 28 December 1853 in Iberville Parish, Louisiana, United States.[1]
He married Marie Elina Rivet, daughter of Jean Arvillien Rivet and Marie Roseline Landry, on 3 May 1864 in St. Gabriel, Iberville Parish. Witnesses were L. O. Barbay, Joseph Oscar Henry, and Adonis Wenstel.[2]
