Biography
Henry Bruen Westropp was born on 18 March 1781. He was the son of Michael Roberts Westropp and Jane Godsell.
On 8 May 1814 at Corofin, County Clare, he married Maria Wallis Armstrong,[1] daughter of Edmund Armstrong of Lismoher, County Clare, and Hannah Westropp.
Henry and Maria had children:

- Edward Henry Westropp
- Penelope Maria Westropp died unmarried
- Jane Maria Westropp died unmarried

He passed away on 9 December 1857[2] and was buried at Lower Shandon Church, County Cork, on 12 December 1857.
