This man always went by John Pogue (Sr.). My Legacy contributor for this Pogue line # k.p.Jensen62319. I have worked on this line for more than 30 years. He is John Pogue Sr. on the Marriage document to Elizabeth Wiley dated Dec 5 1780 (see attached Guilford County, North Carolina marriage record). They are both living together and their children on 1800 Census Caswell and Person Counties NC. 1798, 1799, 1800, 1805, of these counties. the tax list of Greene county Tennessee 1812. Land Purchace 260 acres Lick Creek, Greene County, Tenn. All the other statistics are right but in merging you have lost the identifying number for this man.

Nancy Elizabeth Wiley was married to John Pogue Sr, on FamilySearch.org they were sealed before Jan 25 2012 in Fresno I have the card and did that work. John Pogue Sr. He did marry a Nancy unknown found on the 1830 census she was about 60. John Pogue's I.D. # used to be LHYM-VM9. Elizabeth Wiley was LC3F-6WX . These families should never have been merge by Family search. I have the documents to prove Elizabeth was NOT married to Joseph Pogue, And Joseph Pogue had a wife and children of his own. Please help me to restore the records that I have submitted time and again, over these past 30 years This number LHVD-K5K..brings up the wrong pedigree these are two separate families.
