Biography
Ann, baptised 12 March 1765, was the daughter of John Hartley of Whitehaven, Cumberland.[1]
On 22 March 1787 she married Wilfrid Lawson at Whitehaven.[2] They had no children.
Ann Lawson, widow of Sir Wilfrid Lawson, baronet, made her Will on 4 October 1811, with a codicil on 5 November 1811. She left bequests to her brothers Thomas Hartley and Milham Hartley, sister Wybergh, niece Elizabeth Wybergh, sister Mrs. Hartley, sister Mrs. Milham Hartley, niece Elizabeth Hartley, and Mary Ann Hartley. She asks to be buried near her husband.[3]
She died 30 November 1811.[4]
