John Barneby was born on 20 November 1799, in Brockhampton, Herefordshire, England, as the son of John Barneby and Elizabeth Bulkeley. He was baptized on 20 Dec 1799 [1] in Brockhampton, Herefordshire, England.
In the 1835 general election, John was elected Conservative MP for Droitwich, and in the 1837 general election, he was elected Conservative MP for East Worcestershire.[2]
He married Susan Elwes on 24 July 1838, in Brockhampton, Herefordshire, England, United Kingdom. They were the parents of 2 sons.
He died on 30 November 1846,[3] in Marylebone, London, England, United Kingdom at the age of 47.
