Renovo, April 3. - Frank J. DeDIER, died this morning after a long illness of consumption. He had been a sufferer for several years, having contracted a severe cold while in the hospital corps during the Spanish-American War, which later developed into the dread disease. During his illness he had traveled extensively with a hope of finding relief, but to no avail. About a year ago he returned from New Mexico and since that time had been in Renovo. He was a popular young man and had a large circle of friends, who are sorry that his life should be cut so short. He was aged about 30 years. Besides his wife and son, he is survived by his father, mother and two sisters.[3]
