Biography
Myrtle Grace Wake was born in Perth, Western Australia, on 23 Feb 1915. She was the daughter of Francis Wake and Catherine Shepherdson. [1]
In the 1982 Australia Day Honours, Myrtle received a Medal of the Order of Australia (OAM) in recognition for service to the community.[2]
She passed away on 16 Apr 1989.
Myrtle is interred with her parents and her sister Annie in Karrakatta Cemetery and Crematorium, Karrakatta, Nedlands City, Western Australia, Australia. Wesleyan-Ha-0659.[3]
