Notes on looking for English baptism/marriage sources ... nothing found on FamilySearch, Find my Past, or Ancestry. Checked Ancestry for clues - Samantha is on 1890 Ancestry trees, but none found with any matching sources apart from other unsourced family trees. Some have a probate from 1967 and a marriage in Indiana 1864. The International Marriage Index is quoted but has no date, place, or evidence of the marriage - possibly this entry is taken from another family tree?

Samantha would be a very unusual name in England at this time. FamilySearch does not have any record for this name before 1700, apart from a marriage 1563 which is a mistranscription for Margaret.
