Biography
Donald (sometimes Daniel) Robert Fraser was likely born 18 June 1859 (by his death registration 18 June 1861, though his ages in the 1881 and 1882 census and marriage on 28 June 1892 align to a 18 June 1859 date). He was the son of William Fraser and Janet Gordon.[1]
He was enumerated with his parents and siblings in 1871 (aged 11)[2] and 1881 (aged 21)[3] in Middle River district, on Wilkin's Grant.
Daniel (age 33), son of William & Janet, married Etta S Fraser (age 23), daughter of James and Catherine on 28 June 1892 in Stellarton, Pictou, Nova Scotia, Canada.[4][5]
Donald Robert Fraser died 18 February 1942 at New Glasgow.[1]

He should not be confused with Daniel Fraser who was the same age and also a shoemaker.
