Biography
Annie was born on October 8, 1898 in Ireland based on information on her marriage, death certificate and grave marker. Her parents were John Wallace and Johanna Browne. It is not known when she arrived in Canada. She was working as a domestic in Vancouver in 1921.[1] She married Walter Beck on May 3, 1924 in Vancouver, British Columbia.[2] They were living on Beatrice Street, Vancouver in 1931.[3] Nothing more is known about her life. She passed away on June 7, 1990[4] and is buried in Gardens of Gethsemani Cemetery, Vancouver BC.[5]
