Biography
Martha Bryant, 1837-1909, was born in Milam, Texas, the daughter of Thomas Bryant and Nancy Ann Fry. She was the fourth of their seven daughters. In 1850, the Bryant family lived in McNary, McNary, Tennessee. Martha Bryant, 13, born in Tennessee, lived with her (widowed) father, a farmer; and her six siblings. Martha Bryant and Frank Clement were married on 20 December 1854 in McNairy, Tennessee. They had ten children.
