In the 1910 census Artie (age 3) was the daughter of Collumbus C Baldwin in Civil District 9, Fentress, Tennessee, United States.[2] Collumbus C Baldwin 48, wife Josephine Baldwin 36, son Alvin P Baldwin 19, son William J Baldwin 17, son Charles W Baldwin 9, son Samuel B Baldwin 6, son Auther R Baldwin 3, daughter Artie M Baldwin 3, daughter Lolla E Baldwin 0.

In the 1930 census Artie (age 23) was the wife of Rufus Norris in District 4, Fentress, Tennessee, United States.[3] Rufus Norris 26, wife Artie Norris 23, son Ralph Norris 3, daughter Malle Norris 0, father-in-law Calvin Baldwin 70, mother-in-law Josephine Baldwin 60.

Artie died in 1937 in Fentress, aged 29. She was buried in Springs Chapel Cemetery, Banner Springs, Tennessee.[4]
