Biography
Arthur was born in 1761. He was the son of John Vincent and Catherine Love.
Arthur married Mary Westropp, daughter of Major Berkeley Westropp (who was the brother of his father's second wife Lucy Westropp) at St John's, Limerick on 18 December 1783.[1] They had 7 children:

- Sarah Vincent 1787–
- Anne Vincent 1788–1875
- Lucinda Vincent 1790–1877
- George Vincent 1792–1869 m. Elizabeth Reay
- Lieutenant Berkeley Vincent 1803–1882

Arthur's son George Vincent married Elizabeth Reay on 21 September 1865 in St. Peter's, County Dublin, Ireland.[2]
Arthur passed away in 1851.
