Biography

Abram Maer Poindexter was born 22 Sep 1809 in Bertie, North Carolina. He married, first, Eliza Jasper Wimbish Craddock on 2 May 1837. ^[1] Second, he married Marcia Pleasant Scott on 27 Jun 1871 in Orange County, Virginia. ^[2] He was a Baptist minister. He died, age 62, on 7 May 1872 in Orange, Orange County, Virginia. He is buried Hollywood Cemetery, Section: 16 Lot: 106, Richmond, Richmond City, Virginia. ^[3]
