John Bingham was born on June 9, 1795 in Lisbon, New London, Connecticut, United States, son of John Bingham (1756–1835) and Talitha Waldo (1760–1852)[1].
John married Sally Antoinette Fitch (born on June 3, 1804; daughter of Richard Fitch and Lucinda (Buel) Fitch).[2]
