Frederick was a sea captain born in Italy in 1800. He married Rose Latham in 1823 in Alexandria. Captain Vaccari purchased homes at 113 and 115 South Prince Street in Alexandria Virginia just a few a few blocks from the Potomac River. He passed away in 1858.
