Biography

Barbara Leitzel was born in February 1948 in Lewisburg, Union County, Pennsylvania. Her parents were Carl Alvin "Mook" Leitzel (1920–1996) and Fannie K. Kreamer (1921–1979).^[1] She grew up along Rt. 304 in rural Union Township in Union County.^[2] She graduated from the Commercial program at Lewisburg Area High School in 1966.^[3]

She married David Allen Dietrich (1944–2013) on 27 August 1996 in New Berlin Church, New Berlin, Union County. They had two sons and two daughters.^[1]
