Birth
Charlotte was born on August 2, 1916 She is the daughter of Walter Francis White and Minton Bertha Temple. [1][2]
Charlotte White was Born at the White farm on White Road in Wilmington Vermont. One of three children. Marjorie Temple White, Charlotte Temple White and Stuart Walter White.
She graduated from Wilmington High School in about 1937.
