Otmar Zoll was born about June 22, 1931 in Hohenstein-Ernstthal, Kreis Glauchau, Saxony, Deutschland.

Otto married Masa Fa'asua (born on August 23, 1924 in Samoa). Their son was Fritz Zoll (~1964– ).
