James Luther Osborne was born June 26, 1887 in Arkansas to Henry W. Osborne and Francis E Osborne.
He married Geneva Genoa Savage.
Together they became the parents of William Henry Osbourne and Myrtle Ophelia (Osborne) Billington.
James passed away Dec. 1, 1920 and was buried at Mt. Olivet in Farwell, Parmer Co., Texas.
