4 April 1815, Carpenter Chafee, requested of the court that Elizabeth's land be distributed to the surviing children/heirs (Fidelia, Josiah, Fredrich, Susannah, Israel D, Carpenter and Elihu.) Carpenter had purchased from Josiah, Fredrich and Israel D. their shares of the estate.[4]
