Charlotte was the daughter of Samuel Hull of Cheshire, CT and Abigail Doolittle.
She was later adopted by Jonathan Law of Hartford CT.
On June 5, 1821 Charlotte and John Olmstead, Esq were married in Hartford.
Charlotte and John were the parents of Fredrick Law Olmstead the world famous landscape architect who designed many of America's Notable parks and estate gardens including designing New York City's Central Park. fredrick is considered to be the father of American landscape architecture.
