Eva was born in 1931. Eva Yancy ... She passed away in 2006.
The Cooper and Yancy families regret to announce the death of their mother, Mrs. Eva Yancy Cooper, wife of the late George W. Cooper of Kakata, Liberia. This sad event took place at the Merina Health of Bethesda, Bethesda, Maryland on February 1, 2006. "Teta" is survived by her children, Bill Corneh, Mona Smith, Joyce Nance, Martha Johnson, Araminta, Allen and Christiana Cooper; three sons in-law, Carlos B.Z. Smith Sr., Othello Ivan Nance and Jacob Johnson; two daughters in-law, Kimberly Corneh and Rose Cooper; one sister, Sarah Yancy Bailey; numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins including Edith M Grimes and a host of relatives and friends.[1]
