Biography
Arthur was born in 1654. He was the son of John Acland and Margaret Rolle.
His father died when he was still a baby. Retrospectively he is viewed as succeeding him as 4th Baronet, but in the chaos of the Civil War the letters patent confirming the grant were never entered on the official roll, and he never used the title in his short lifetime.
He passed away in his 18th year, and is viewed as having been succeeded as 5th Baronet by his uncle Hugh.
