Biography
Joshua was born about 1859. He was the son of Joshua Albaugh.
Joshua was named as J. Valentine Albaugh in an 1887 Frederick County, Maryland equity court case over the estate of his wife Lucretia's father Josiah Ramsburg.[1]
He passed away in 1935.
