Biography
Joseph Albiston was born about 1829 in Lancashire, England, United Kingdom.
Joseph Albiston migrated from England to Victoria.
Joseph was a Wesleyan Methodist minister
He migrated to the Colony of Victoria (Australia), where he was ordained as a Methodist minister in 1853. [1]
Joseph married Elizabeth Rowbotham in 1957 in Victoria (Australia). [2] They had ten children, however, Elizabeth passed away in 1875, with the youngest less than two years of age.
Joseph married a second time, to Elizabeth Farrington in 1881 in Victoria. [3]
Aged about 90 years, he passed away on 31st January 1919 in Hawthorn, Victoria and buried the following day in Ballarat New Cemetery. [4][5]
