Daisy was born about 1881^[1]. She married William Alfred Avery in 1900 ^[2] in Petersham, New South Wales. She passed in 1964 ^{[3] [4]}.

Daisy's husband died In 1921.

In 1930, she is listed as living at 6 Reid's Flats on Sydney Road in Manly, with her son, William Leslie Avery (Jnr.) who was working as a salesman. ^[5]

By 1937, she had moved to the 57 The Esplanade, still in Manly and William had moved to live with a woman named Effie Amy Clarice Avery at 42 Daintry Street. ^[6]

In 1954, she was retired from her home duties and at a new area in Manly called Fairlight at 27 Lauderdale Avenue. ^[7]
