In 1861 Nathaniel Staunton, Gentleman of Tamnadoey, Parish of Desertlyn, father James Staunton, merchant, married Mary Linton Alderdice, of Charlemont, father Daniel Alderdice, merchant, at Charlemont Presbyterian Church. The witnesses were Alexander’s Becnull and James D. Alderdice. [2]
