Biography

Henry Ocatvius Allan was born in 1862 in Warrnambool, Victoria, Australia, the son of Caroline Allan and John McMahon Allan.^[1]

He joined the Victorian Government lands office at Sale as a clerk in 1877.^[2]

He married Amy Mary Mooney in 1910 in Victoria.^[3]

Henry died on 10 July 1930 in St Kilda, Victoria, aged 68.^[2][4] He was survived by a widow, but no children.^[2]
