Victor was born 22 December 1910, to Martha Allen, father not recorded. The father may have been her de facto partner, Richard Homan. ^[1]

In 1948 he married Naomi Knight. ^[2]

He passed away 1 July 1949 "age 39", late of Point Chevalier, and is buried at Waikumete Cemetery. ^{[3] [4] [5]}

Unnamed birth registration matched to known child Victor by age at death. There is also a Catholic baptism for Victor James in 1911 to these parents. (Wilson Collection)
