Jesse was born in 1917. He passed away in 2001.

Jesse was a Captain in the U S Army Air Forces during WW II. He enlisted 24 Jun 1942 and was discharged 20 Jan 1946. He was active in the reserves and retired in 1976 as a Lt. Colonel ^{[1] [2]}
