Douglas Dalziel Anderson was born on 23 Sep 1925 in Benoni, Transvaal, South Africa and baptised the 25 October 1925 at the Anglican Church, St Dunstan, Benoni, Transvaal, South Africa. He is the son of Forbes Benjamin Anderson and Doris Milburn.[1]
Douglas Dalziel died from a heart attack at around 2.30pm in the afternoon, coincidentally the same day as his wife, on 11 Apr 1976 in Kitwe, Copperbelt, Zambia aged 50.[2]
Research Notes
- The estate listed in the government gazette has wrong birth year as he was baptised in 1925.
- Marriage is suspected to be around 1949 in Southern Rhodesia based on birth of first child around 1950.
- Apparently although he passed away same day as his wife, he did not know she had passed away,
