Biography

Gladys Angell was born 21 Jul 1892 in Cleveland, Ohio, the daughter of Edward Angell and Catherine (Kate) Sheehan. Gladys, age 18, married 22 year old Robert George Stephen on 30 Mar 1910 in Cleveland, Ohio^[1]. In the 1920 census, Robert, age 31, a Soft Drink Bottler and Gladys, age 27, were living on Tillman Av in Cleveland with their three children and Robert's mother Minnie^[2]. In the 1930 census Robert G and Gladys Stephens were living on Detroit Ave in Cleveland with their 6 children^[3]. In the 1940 census Robt and Gladys are living on Franklin Blvd with two of their children^[4]. Gladys died 15 Aug 1950 at 1888 W 52 St in Cleveland, age 58, of Broncho-pneumonia due to metastatic carcinoma.
