Biography

Youngest child of Heinrich Angelroth by his first wife Marie Henriette Rosalie Schroeder.

Hugo was the first of Heinrich Angelroth's children to be born in the United States. He was born in Appleton, Wisconsin according to his marriage record.

He was age 6 in 1870 in La Crosse County, Wisconsin.^[1]

He was age 16 in 1880, working as a clerk in his father's music store in Milwaukee.^[2]

He married Louise Kistenmacher 24 Feb 1892 in Milwaukee.^[3]Louise was born in Storkow, Pomerania and was the daughter of Gottfried Kistenmacher and Louise Mundt.

Son Oswald Angelroth died at the age of 1 month and 18 days in Milwaukee. Oswald was b 9 Dec 1894.^[4][5]

In 1900 Hugo H Angelroth had been married 8 years. He was a delivery wagon driver in Milwaukee. His wife Louisa was age 30. Son Charles Hugo Angelroth was age 8 b Wisc. Son Herbert H Angelroth was age 2 b Wisc.^[6]

Daughter Evelina Angelroth was b 1904.^[7]

In 1920 he was in Milwaukee, age 55; wife Louisa was age 46; daughter Evelyn Angelroth was age 15.^[8]

Age 65 in 1930.^[9]

He was buried in Wanderer's Rest Cemetery in Milwaukee, originally in Gr. 30, Row 4, block 5, section 14. Per removal order #642 his remains were removed to Grave 1, Row 9, block 9, section 13 on 27 Oct 1938.^[10]
