Biography
Deluvina Lopez, age 84, a resident of Albuquerque, passed away Sunday, August 23, 2015 at home with her family at her side.
Ms. Lopez is survived by her two daughters, Cristella Chavez and husband, Frank, and Lorraine Espinosa; two sisters, Piedad Chavez, and Elsie Apodaca; two grandchildren, Frankie Chavez and wife, Josephine, Cole Papen and girlfriend, Shannon McCluskey; six great grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; many other extended family members.
Ms. Lopez was preceded in death by her parents Damacio and Anita Apodaca; brothers, Johnson Apodaca, and Damacio Apodaca Jr.; sister, Carmen Apodaca.
Visitation will be Wednesday, August 26, 2015 from 10:30 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. with Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. at Holy Family Catholic Church, 562 Atrisco Dr. SW. Interment will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Frankie Chavez, Cole Papen, Christian Chavez, Dominic Chavez, Mario Cordova, and Joseph Apodaca. Honorary pallbearer will be Frank Chavez.
